For more than 20 years, I have been advising and supporting companies from the owner-managed SME sector, the manufacturing industry, and the public sector in filling management positions, in the individual development of new and existing managers through aptitude diagnostic accessment processes and in succession planning.
Companies need leaders for today and tomorrow in order to be sustainable and successful in the long term. The search for and selection of these managers deserves the highest quality and attention, especially in view of the rapid technical and social development with rapidly changing requirements.

I studied business administration at the Hamburg University of Economics and Politics and then worked for several years as a personnel manager.
For me personally, my family and friends are the most important pillars of my life. Fine arts and literature, walking and cooking make my life beautiful.
