My motivation is my curiosity, my drive is the high identification with my clients and a successful support of my candidates. Empathy, optimism, a high level of commitment and excellent communication skills – that’s what characterizes me.
Since 1998 I have been able to gain experience in executive search consulting and HR diagnostics at InterSearch, and since 2006 I have been shaping the future of the company as managing partner at our Bremen branch.
My emphasis is on the search and selection of executives and highly qualified experts for a wide range of clients. I also have extensive experience in the design and implementation of management audits and assessment centers.
Valuable prerequisites for my successful work as an executive search consultant are my studies of business administration with a focus on human resources management, specialized studies in industrial psychology and organization theory as well as my longstanding management career as an officer in the German Armed Forces in logistics and in the training and development of executives.
Apart from my job, my family comes first – social commitment, fitness sports, biking and hiking – that’s my way of relaxing in my spare time.
