With over 25 years of experience in management and as CEO of start-ups through to global players in retail, branded goods and logistics, I have a deep understanding of the dynamics and challenges of these companies. Success has always depended on a strong, interdisciplinary team and an active corporate culture.
I make it a point to understand my clients’ corporate culture to ensure that the management and executives selected are a good fit both professionally and culturally. My experience in building agile, fast-growing international organizations enables me to specifically search for leaders who meet the requirements in terms of digitalization, innovation and agility.
My expertise in logistics allows me to support companies in this sector particularly effectively. I strive to build sustainable and successful relationships based on trust, transparency and an understanding of my clients’ needs.
When I’m not on the road doing executive search, you can find me traveling with my family, on the tennis court, in the mountains biking and skiing or socializing with friends.
