For me, the consulting is the important part of our business. My target as an interface between the company and the candidate not just fill a vacancy somehow but to create the perfect match.
Important prerequisites for this challenging consulting performance are my degree in political science with a focus on international law and human resources management as well as my many years of experience as an executive with the German Armed Forces in technical management, external corporate communications and the training of junior executives.
I consider it crucial to develop a precise understanding of the company and the position by means of extensive preliminary talks, diligent research and a continuous exchange throughout the process. In addition, my success as consultant is based on my perseverance, which has become a natural part of my personality due to my private interests such as meditation and martial arts.

Since my beginnings at InterSearch in 2012 as an executive search consultant, I have built up long-term client relationships and have continued to develop them during my time as a partner since 2016. In addition to my high quality standards, my clients particularly appreciate my direct, open communication and the transparency throughout the entire process. As Global Leader of the Automotive Practice Group I am actively involved in our international InterSearch network in addition to my daily project work.
