We are very delighted to announce that we have welcomed Mr. Baier into the circle of managing directors and shareholders. With immediate effect, he will be able to fully represent InterSearch Personalberatung in all matters and at both locations in Bremen and Düsseldorf as an equal managing director and shareholder alongside Mr. Dänekas and Mr. Dötter.
Mr. Baier will thus continue his very successful development of the last 11 years in a new and expanded role within our company. In addition to his focus on direct and executive search, he will in future take on tasks relating to the management of the company. A first step will be that he will act as an interface to InterSearch Worldwide to an even greater extent than before.
