My enthusiasm for personnel consulting and executive search remains unbroken to this day, even though the challenges in this field are constantly growing.
After my traineeship and first professional years in the chemical/plastics industry and in the automotive industry, I worked as a key account manager at a 1st tier, being responsible for one of the leading German OEMs worldwide.
In 2001, I discovered my passion for executive search. I started as a researcher, later as a junior consultant and finally as manager at a leading global executive search firm. This activity later developed into a newly established German search boutique, where I worked for over eleven years – during the last year as Partner and member of the board. I have been with InterSearch Worldwide since 2017 and act as Managing Partner both internationally and in Germany. In recent years, I have also assumed responsibility for the InterSearch Europe region and have been on the global board of InterSearch Worldwide since 2023.
For me, clients and candidates always come first. I mainly advise national and international companies from various industries such as automotive, chemicals, plastics, energy, mechanical engineering and the public sector. In addition to executive search, my core competencies also include executive coaching and the search for company successors at family owned businesses.
With many years of building a reliable network and extensive experience, I support family businesses, medium-sized companies and multi-national corporations in their search for managers. For me, open communication is the foundation of success. My approach is not simply to act as a “CV supplier”, but to advise both clients and candidates with a holistic approach. This ranges from the development of the search strategy and the interview phases to the drafting of contracts and subsequent onboarding.
In addition, I am a volunteer member of a leading German business association and am committed to social involvement in the Frankfurt region.
