With over 25 years of experience in top management and executive search, Frederik Luz brings with him many years of know-how and a feel for the challenges and dynamics of management positions. His experience in building agile, fast-growing international organizations enables him to search specifically for executives in his industry and his established network who meet the requirements in terms of digitalization, innovation and agility. Particularly in the field of logistics, he can effectively support companies in filling key positions in Germany, but also in international locations, and continue to build sustainable, successful relationships.
